At Attic Access Storage Solutions, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully happy with your order, this policy explains the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund if the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or not as described on our website. The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition unless defective. A valid proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on customized or special-order items, products that have been installed or used, and items purchased through third-party sellers.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at accessmyattic@gmail.com or call 980-222-4423. Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product or another model, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
